Rest 2 minutes) (I used 185,205,225,245+135,245+135lbs) 2) Dual Handle Lat Pulldown 5 sets x 8-10 reps 3rd & 4th & 5th set are drop sets x 8-10 reps. (Rest 2 minutes after every set)(I used 150,170,170+110,170+110,150+100lbs) 3) Dumbbell Shrugs 5 sets x 10-12 reps 4th & 5th set are drop sets x 10-12 reps (Rest 2 minutes after every set) )I used 90lbs and 100lbs+55lbs on drop sets) 4) Dumbbell Preacher Curls 5 sets x 8-10 reps 3rd & 4th & 5th set are drop set x failure!!!
